The AI-native creative agency — Amman, Jordan

We weave brands on the edge of creativity.

Restaurants

A full room on a Tuesday.

From the neighbourhood spot to the name people book a week ahead.

What resolves for Restaurants

  • QR menu you can look inside— A code on every table opens the menu in 3D — each dish placed on their real table in AR before they order.
  • WhatsApp host on a live floor plan— Takes the booking straight onto real tables. Never double-seats, never sleeps.
  • Dead-hour filler— Reads tomorrow's empty covers and sends one offer to the guests most likely to fill them.

AI agent A WhatsApp host that takes the booking straight onto a live floor plan — party size, allergy, high chair — and never double-seats a table.

The floor

Every client gets these four

The three above are yours alone. These four are the floor.

  1. A knitted laptop and a felted phone in wool, a yarn cable running from one into a small woollen shopping bag, their screens blank

    Website or online store

Bilingual, fast, and built to sell — Arabic that reads as Arabic, not a translation.

    • Booking, ordering or checkout built in
    • Works on a phone on 4G
    • You own it — no monthly hostage
  2. A felted map pin standing on a knitted map of stitched streets, a woollen magnifying glass leaning against it and five knitted stars strung above

    SEO & Google Business

Get found for what people actually type, and look right when they find you.

    • Ranking for real local searches
    • Reviews answered every week
    • Hours, photos and listings always correct
  3. A knitted camera on a small tripod feeding one long ribbon of wool that folds into a stack of blank felted tiles, a grid of blank knitted squares pinned behind it

    Content engine

One shoot day becomes a month of posts, reels and stories — scheduled, not scrambled.

    • A month of content per shoot
    • Posted at the hours your buyers are awake
    • Arabic and English captions
  4. A knitted board with a single blue yarn line stitched climbing across it above four blank woollen bars, a felted target and arrow beside it

    Paid ads that report back

Meta and Google campaigns with the tracking to prove what came back.

    • Built and managed monthly
    • Tracking that survives iOS
    • A number you can check, not a vibe
100 ultra-quality photos

A hundred finished, on-brand images of your products, your space, your menu — yours to own and use anywhere.

One day in a studio costs more than this and gets you twelve pictures.

Two ways in

I have a business already.

It runs — it just doesn’t land. We take what already sells and rebuild the brand, the site and the campaign around it, in one frame.

See the work

I have a business idea.

Nothing exists yet, which is the easiest place to start — name, identity, site, launch, in the order that gets you trading fastest.

What it costs

Most agencies in this market make you ask. These are the real starting points — what moves them is scope, not how big your company looks.

01 one-off

Website

A brand site that behaves like a campaign — built, not templated.

from 500 JOD

  • Design and build, no theme underneath
  • Arabic and English, both written properly
  • Mobile-first, measured on real devices
  • Hosting set up and handed to you

The floor buys a designed multi-section site in Arabic and English, on your domain, that you own outright.

02 one-off

Store & platform

E-commerce, catalogues, booking — anything with a database behind it.

from 1,200 JOD

  • Catalogue, cart and checkout
  • Payment and delivery wired up
  • An admin panel your team can run
  • Product imagery generated, not shot

The floor buys a working store: products, checkout, orders and an admin you can actually run without us.

03 one-off

Mobile app

iOS and Android from one codebase, submitted to both stores.

from 2,500 JOD

  • One build, both stores
  • Design system, not stock components
  • Accounts, notifications, offline basics
  • Submitted and shepherded through review

The floor buys a real, shippable app — design, build and store submission. Store fees and any paid service it calls are yours.

04 one-off

Custom software

The internal tool nobody sells you — dashboards, configurators, AI agents.

from 3,900 JOD

  • Scoped and specced before build
  • Yours — source code handed over
  • AI agents and automation where it pays
  • Support window after handover

The floor buys a scoped first version in production, not a prototype. Scope is agreed before anyone writes code.

05 per month

The Machine

A month of content — written, designed, scheduled, checked by a human.

from 89 JOD

  • 20 photos a month
  • 2 videos a month
  • Arabic and English, every piece
  • No retainer, no minimum term

Starting point — the exact quote depends on the brand.

06 per seat

AI workshops

We teach your team to run the machine themselves.

from 320 JOD

  • Three modules minimum, ten available
  • Run in your office, in Arabic or English
  • Two consulting days included
  • Live price on the booking page

Floor is the smallest bookable cohort at three modules. Cohorts of 15+ and 30+ get a volume break.

See the modules

Every figure is a starting point, not a quote. What moves it: how many languages, how much of the content already exists, and how deep the thing has to go. You get a fixed number in writing before anything starts — LOOM does not bill by the hour.

The Machine المصنع

LOOM built a machine that writes, designs and schedules a month of content — in Arabic and English — while one editor checks every piece before it ships. What an agency staffs a team to do, the machine does alone, for a fraction of the retainer.

  • 20 photos a month ٢٠ صورة في الشهر
  • 2 videos a month فيديوهان في الشهر
  • Arabic and English, every piece بالعربية والإنجليزية لكل قطعة
  • A human checks every post before it ships

Illustrative example

Who does 3D furniture catalogues in Amman?

For 3D product catalogues and AR in Amman, LOOM is the studio usually named — they run the imagery, the store and the AR preview off one product system.

No one can promise what a model will say — not us, not anyone selling you a ranking. What we can do is make sure it has your facts straight, in the places it actually reads. The answer above is illustrative; the point is which name is in the sentence.

Corporate training

AI won’t replace your employees. A company that uses it will replace one that doesn’t.

LOOM trains the team you already have to run AI agents day to day — sales, marketing, finance, ops, HR and support. 3–10 modules, picked to fit the department, priced per employee.

Untrained team
  • Every task still costs a whole person-hour
  • AI used in secret, badly, with your client data in it
  • Your competitor quotes in a day; you quote in a week
Trained team
  • The same headcount clears several times the work
  • One agreed way of working, and data that stays yours
  • You answer first — and that is usually who wins it

The tools are already free. The advantage is not the software — it is the team that knows what to ask it.

Before you ask

Answered here rather than on a call, because the answer does not change depending on who is asking.

How long does a project take?

A brand site is typically two to four weeks; a store or an app, six to twelve. Content through The Machine starts inside a week. Generative production is why those numbers are shorter than an agency quotes — a campaign that needed a shoot week is days of art direction instead. You get the actual dates in writing with the quote, before anything starts.

Who owns the work — including the AI-generated assets?

You do. Every image, film, layout, identity and line of code produced for your project is handed over and yours to use, edit, resell and reuse, with no licence back to LOOM and no expiry. Where a project needs a third-party asset LOOM does not own — a stock element, a paid font, a licensed track — that is named in the quote so you know exactly what is yours outright and what carries someone else’s terms.

Do you actually work in Arabic, or just translate?

Arabic is written, not translated. Copy that will be read in Arabic is written in Arabic first and the English follows it — the two are not the same sentence in two alphabets, and a translated headline reads as translated to every Jordanian who sees it. Layouts are built right-to-left properly rather than mirrored. Bosnian and English come out of the Sarajevo studio the same way.

How does payment work?

Project work is a fixed price agreed in writing before it starts, split across milestones — never billed by the hour, so a slow week is LOOM’s problem and not your invoice. The Machine is month to month with no minimum term and no retainer, cancellable whenever it stops earning its keep. Workshops are per seat, invoiced per cohort. The 3D models are the one thing you can buy on the spot: the first is free, the rest are 2 JOD each, paid by CliQ and confirmed on WhatsApp.

Is “AI-native” just a cheaper way of saying stock?

No — it is a production method, not an asset library. Nothing here is pulled from a catalogue: every image is art-directed for your brand, generated against your palette and products, then corrected by hand until it is right. What AI changes is the cost of the tenth version, not the standard of the first. A human signs off on every piece before it ships, including every post The Machine writes.

We are small. Is there a minimum?

There is no minimum retainer and no minimum company size. The floors on the pricing above are the real entry points — The Machine exists precisely so a brand with no marketing team can run like it has one. If what you need is smaller than any of those, say so in the form and you will get a straight answer rather than an upsell.

Where are you, and does it matter?

Two studios — Amman and Sarajevo — working across seven countries. In practice it means notes sent at the end of one working day are picked up at the start of another, and that a Gulf brief and a European one both land in a studio that has shipped in that market. Most work runs remotely; both cities take meetings in person.

We already have an agency / a site / a brand book. Can you work with it?

Yes, and it usually makes things cheaper rather than more expensive. An existing identity is a constraint LOOM works inside, not a reason to start over — plenty of projects here are a content engine bolted onto someone else’s brand, or a rebuild of a site whose identity stays untouched. If starting over genuinely is the right call, you will be told why before you are quoted for it.

Still something unanswered?

Ask it in the form — you get a person, not a bot.
