Pricing

Six things LOOM sells, six starting points, published. Every figure below is where a project begins — not a quote, and not the number you get after an hour on a call finding out how big your company is.

4 one-off builds · 2 ongoing rates · every figure quoted in Jordanian dinar, fixed in writing before anything starts.

The ladder

What each floor actually buys

One row per tier, everything visible at once. The bar under the four one-off builds is that floor measured against the dearest one — the price ladder, drawn. The two ongoing rates sit below them, because a rate is not a rung.

01

Website

from 500 JOD

one-off

A brand site that behaves like a campaign — built, not templated.

  • Design and build, no theme underneath
  • Arabic and English, both written properly
  • Mobile-first, measured on real devices
  • Hosting set up and handed to you

The floor buys The floor buys a designed multi-section site in Arabic and English, on your domain, that you own outright.

02

Store & platform

from 1,200 JOD

one-off

E-commerce, catalogues, booking — anything with a database behind it.

  • Catalogue, cart and checkout
  • Payment and delivery wired up
  • An admin panel your team can run
  • Product imagery generated, not shot

The floor buys The floor buys a working store: products, checkout, orders and an admin you can actually run without us.

03

Mobile app

from 2,500 JOD

one-off

iOS and Android from one codebase, submitted to both stores.

  • One build, both stores
  • Design system, not stock components
  • Accounts, notifications, offline basics
  • Submitted and shepherded through review

The floor buys The floor buys a real, shippable app — design, build and store submission. Store fees and any paid service it calls are yours.

04

Custom software

from 3,900 JOD

one-off

The internal tool nobody sells you — dashboards, configurators, AI agents.

  • Scoped and specced before build
  • Yours — source code handed over
  • AI agents and automation where it pays
  • Support window after handover

The floor buys The floor buys a scoped first version in production, not a prototype. Scope is agreed before anyone writes code.

05

The Machine

from 89 JOD

per month

A month of content — written, designed, scheduled, checked by a human.

  • 20 photos a month
  • 2 videos a month
  • Arabic and English, every piece
  • No retainer, no minimum term

The floor buys Starting point — the exact quote depends on the brand.

The steps

What changes when you go up a rung

The gaps in the build ladder are not rounded-up guesses — each floor is the one under it plus a specific amount of work. Here is what that work is, and what it costs.

  1. Website Store & platform

+700 JOD 2.4× the floor under it

A store is the site plus a database, a checkout and an admin — the parts a catalogue needs before anyone can buy from it.

    • Catalogue, cart and checkout
    • Payment and delivery wired up
    • An admin panel your team can run
    • Product imagery generated, not shot
  2. Store & platform Mobile app

+1,300 JOD 2.1× the floor under it

An app is the store plus two native targets and a review process: one codebase, two stores, and the submission each of them runs you through.

    • One build, both stores
    • Design system, not stock components
    • Accounts, notifications, offline basics
    • Submitted and shepherded through review
  3. Mobile app Custom software

+1,400 JOD 1.6× the floor under it

Software is the app plus a spec and a support window — the scope is agreed in writing before anyone writes code, and the handover is followed by a period where it is still being looked after.

    • Scoped and specced before build
    • Yours — source code handed over
    • AI agents and automation where it pays
    • Support window after handover

For scale, in the other direction: the cheapest one-off floor here (500 JOD) is about 5.6 months of The Machine at 89 JOD a month — the same order of magnitude, which is deliberate. A build you own and a rate you can stop are different decisions, not different planets.

The variables

What moves a figure off its floor

Three things, and they are the same three on every project. None of them is how big your company looks.

01

How many languages

Arabic is written, not translated — copy read in Arabic is written in Arabic first and the English follows it, and layouts are built right-to-left properly rather than mirrored. That is two pieces of writing and two layouts, not one of each.

From the FAQ: “Do you actually work in Arabic, or just translate?”

02

How much already exists

An existing identity is a constraint LOOM works inside, not a reason to start over — and it usually makes a project cheaper rather than more expensive. Starting from a brand book, a product feed or a photo library is a shorter build than starting from a name.

From the FAQ: “We already have an agency / a site / a brand book.”

03

How deep it has to go

Depth is the number of things behind the screen: a database, a checkout, an admin, two native targets, a spec, a support window. Each of those is a rung on the ladder above, which is why the floors step the way they do.

From the ladder: every rung is the one under it plus something that had to be built.

The standing rule

Every figure is a starting point, not a quote. What moves it: how many languages, how much of the content already exists, and how deep the thing has to go. You get a fixed number in writing before anything starts — LOOM does not bill by the hour.

And what a floor does not cover

  • Mobile app — The floor buys a real, shippable app — design, build and store submission. Store fees and any paid service it calls are yours.

Paying, and what happens next

Fixed in writing, split across milestones

Project work is a fixed price agreed in writing before it starts, split across milestones — never billed by the hour, so a slow week is LOOM’s problem and not your invoice. The Machine is month to month with no minimum term and no retainer, cancellable whenever it stops earning its keep. Workshops are per seat, invoiced per cohort. The 3D models are the one thing you can buy on the spot: the first is free, the rest are 2 JOD each, paid by CliQ and confirmed on WhatsApp.

A brand site is typically two to four weeks; a store or an app, six to twelve. Content through The Machine starts inside a week. Generative production is why those numbers are shorter than an agency quotes — a campaign that needed a shoot week is days of art direction instead. You get the actual dates in writing with the quote, before anything starts.

  1. 01

    Intent

Every project starts with intent, not aesthetics. We interrogate the brief until the real problem shows itself.

  2. 02

    Weave

Strategy, creativity and technology braided into one direction — where emotion meets logic and ideas are backed by systems.

  3. 03

    Craft

No templates. No shortcuts. Identity, content, code and CGI built properly, by hand and by machine.

  4. 04

    Perform

Work designed to perform, engage and last beyond the scroll — then measured, tuned and pushed further.

Tell us what you need and you get a number, in writing, before anything starts.

Straight answers

The three questions that are really about money

How does payment work?

Project work is a fixed price agreed in writing before it starts, split across milestones — never billed by the hour, so a slow week is LOOM’s problem and not your invoice. The Machine is month to month with no minimum term and no retainer, cancellable whenever it stops earning its keep. Workshops are per seat, invoiced per cohort. We are small. Is there a minimum?

There is no minimum retainer and no minimum company size. The floors on the pricing above are the real entry points — The Machine exists precisely so a brand with no marketing team can run like it has one. If what you need is smaller than any of those, say so in the form and you will get a straight answer rather than an upsell.

We already have an agency / a site / a brand book. Can you work with it?

Yes, and it usually makes things cheaper rather than more expensive. An existing identity is a constraint LOOM works inside, not a reason to start over — plenty of projects here are a content engine bolted onto someone else’s brand, or a rebuild of a site whose identity stays untouched. If starting over genuinely is the right call, you will be told why before you are quoted for it.

Everything else — ownership, languages, where we are — is on the FAQ.
